I lost a little and i'm very happy!!!

Good day everyone!!! Hey guys just want to share my happiness today. I found out that i lost 2 kls from last month and an inch off in my waistline and i'm very happy about it What i did was to cut a little carb, done my exercise routines and a lot of water..I guess i could do better this month. I aim for 120lbs this month.Thanks for the tips guys Well wish me luck friends, and for those who strive for a healthier you, go for it and stick to it.

i have lost a little bit of weight as well...i am watching what i eat as well as trying to eat more healthy these days because i have severe arthritis pretty much all over... best of luck to you! i hope to lose about 10 - 20 (i cant afford to buy a new wardrobe currently, so i cant lose a whole lot! but it would be nice for the summer!

Thats a good news for the day here on mylot. I know that it takes a dose of discipline and the willingness to keep on. Just maintain that vigor and enthusiam in your lifestyle and for sure everything will be promising and surely you will hit your target. have a nice day and take care!

Congratulations on loosing weight. I think it is nice for you. I think you should try to make another target for two or three months and try to decrease yoru weight. Try adding lots of vegetables and fruits. Also, drink water that are slightly has different temperature like like warm water.

Congratulations. It does take a little work, but you will get there. Sometimes you get to a plateau and suddenly you pass it. That water does help though and getting rid of the bad carbs. I found I lost a little, about five pounds and I have no idea how it happened, but then I am over 200 lbs. and that is a lot different from trying to get to 120 lbs.

That is fantastic news and congratulations. I really must start to eat more healthy as I need to loose weight too its just I am finding it a struggle and do not know how to go about it.But congratulations again and I hope I can join you soon in posting about weight loss.
