What is your favorite Breed?/ short or long hair?

I like all breeds but now I seem to be in the small dogs era now like yorkies, chiuahua's, puggles, shih tzu and teacup snoodles.

Hello fortune8k. I too like small breeds and medium breeds. They are cute and easy to take care of. I like shih tzus, poodles and beagles.

my favorite breed of dog is the miniature American Eskimo. I think that they are so beautiful with their white hair. I have never owned one, but my second favorite is Dalmations, and I do own a dalmation that is beautiful, and so much fun. I think she is what keeps me young. She knows when I am happy, knows when I when I sad, she is perfect.

For me as long as it is a small breed, I love them all. But the one I like best is Shih Tzu. Maybe because it is said to be the emperor's dog and it does look arrogant and proud when it walk around with a sexy bum.
Now, I own a Shih Tzu and I really love him. To be honest, I am not a pet lover but after after having one, now I am so attach to my dog, Logan. He is so cute and adorable.
The way my Shih Tzu, Logan walks really attract the attention of others. He is of small breed and when he walks one will notice that his bum will shake left and right. Besides, the way he put up his head while walking make him looks so arrogant. You know, the way royal people walk and with their chin slightly up and that is the way Logan walks too.
Anyway, I never regret owning him and now he his nore like a family members.

miniature pinscher! Its so obvious why they wetre called the king of the play dogs! they are really smart and very very active.=P i am very lucky to have one. ;p;s

As a child I have always had labs and retrievers. And my favorite of the two is the retriever. I love their silky fur and their playfulness.

I like all breeds, too, but my favorites are Irish Wolfhounds.
In the early 70's, my sister and I were foster parents to two wolfhounds. I got Bombus and my sis got his uncle Riley. The sweetest, most loving and loyal dogs ever! And intimidating, unfortunately, because they're so huge. Bombus jumped on my bed once and broke it! We were sorry for ourselves when they got a forever home on a huge farm but happy for them.
