what do you do with books when you are done reading it?

I just keep them aside, in a safe place (but don't throw away), for me to be able to reach out for future references.
I also buy another book since now I will have one un-read book less in my arsenal. I do not ever run the risk of being without a new book to read.

Nothing, lol,,,i just keep in my book-shelf, may be after some days or months,,, someone need that or maybe i need those books...

I don't usually buy books that I'm not going to keep, unless it's something like a paperback novel for vacation or something. Most books I have are for reference and learning purposes, and I refer to them often. Paperback novels I usually just either give to my friends, relatives, or my adult kids.

I keep all my books when I am done reading...they are all on a shelf in my living room...I love books so much I can't part with them!

yeah if i get a book and can't get into it i tend to swap it. the groups are great cause if i can't get into a book and i swap it for something i want to read. but i totally understand you the books i like i keep and don't part with

When i buy a book it doesn't take me long to read them. I read the last two harry potter books in 10 hours with no breaks. I took it to tea with me and everything. I don't like to throw them away if i can help. Most of my books on my bookshelf i have read once. I can't throw them away because they mean so much to me so i place them on my bookshelf. I have so many now my bookshelf is full and i have to put them into draws. And it makes my sad if books arn't in good condiition because books are magical.....^^

yes i definatly don't throw them away i let my friends borrow them and all sometimes i don't seem to get them back. lol. but i definatly can go threw a bokk fast. not in 10 hoursa with teh harry potter ones but in a few days. some times i won't be in the mood to read for a wek or more so it might take longer.

i just keep them.. i put them in the book shelf, on top of bed.., lol other are in my closet.., and my favorite once are in the top of my table

as such till now i don have much books with me cause i keep borrowin n readin them,,, eithr from libraries or frnds but still i wish to have a proper library section at my place with the best of works (read or unread) since am a typical book buff... however whatvr books i have with me right now, i don wish to give them away for anythin.
