This couple, the wife bake some bread. The husband said it wasn't bake the right way but, he eat almost all of what she had baked. So the husband decided that he, will bake some bread to show his wife how it's done. He put the yeast in boiling hot water and put the power mixer on the dough and set it to rise, for hours nothing happen so the wife turned the baker on and baked them to prove a point, that was instant yeast. The husband was very upset in wasting the gas more than admitting he messed up. So he started another batch. The wife wanted to show him how she got her bread to rise and he refuse to take the order she give in getting the bread to rise! Are some men afraid to admit when they are wrong or messed up!!! Concern???

Although I don't agree that baking is a "woman's chore", I do agree that some people don't like to be told that they're wrong. Men in particular, like to be problem solvers and trying to solve a problem for them makes them feel like less of a man. Kind of silly actually.

I don't get what you're saying. in what way is baking bread a "womans chore" it's just cooking, it isn't the job of one specific gender over another, it's just something that you can do. whether you're a man or a woman.

I agree it doesn't matter if your male or female! But if you can't cook stay out of the kitchen!! What you say!! Thanks for you correcting the gender side!!!

i guess it's the pride and ego that's working in here...i mean the case of the husband...i guess that's normal to males...males got more pride, and are more egocentric compared to females... they should learn the value of humility and that everyone can commit mistakes...

Some men may not like admitting mistakes. But some woman are that way too. And who says baking is a womans chore? Happens to be that in this house I am a good cook. But my husband is a creative cook. And many of the dishes he makes are terrific. Also preferred to my cooking sometimes. Could just be this gentleeman has a harder head!

I agree with you very much!!His head is stiff as a bull, in thinking I'm perfect and your not. If some one give you an answer to a problem would you refuse and do your own thing. Refused to be advised in what to do!!lol

I dont believe baking is a womans chore. A man can cook and bake just as well as a women if he wants. Just like a women can work on a car just as well as a man if she really wants to. A lot of men are like this. They dont want to admit when they are wrong or have messed something up. I dont know too many men who will admit it all the time. The husband should have listened to his wife is she was only tring to explin what was wrong, but if she tried to take over then thats another story. I am sure the women would not have liked it if her husband tried to take over something she was doing. You said the husband refused to take the order that the wife gave him. That is what makes me think that she was tring to order him around and tell him how to do it. She could have explined it to him and then walked away and let him do it himself. Also, if he thought he could do it better than she could then she should of left him alone. Let him try to make the bread by himself and when it didnt turn out it would be no loss to her.
