I just finished watching this movie with my daughter. When it was over I felt very inspired....moved and felt like I learned something about life. Have you seen Peaceful Warrior? Nick Nolte was outstanding in this movie!

I haven't seen the movie of the Peaceful Warrior but sounds interesting. I have read a book called The Way of The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman if it is an adaption of that. Glad you and your daughter enoyed the movie though even if they unconnected. Ellie :D

Hi Jill reading your description of story to te above response I now know that the book I read was the one of the film and can understand why you and your daughter enjoyed and had so much conversation about afterwards.
