why is it that most of the time you see men in a higher standing then women? Why is it that every time you turn around there is a man doing this or another man doing that? Why is it barely ever heard of a woman doing something. I mean honestly it is getting better, however statistics still prove that women only make 80 cents to the average male dollar. A man in a job will advance much faster than a women, why is that? What is the big deal whether it be men or women why can't it just be for who does the job better?

I believe that men are in higher politics thatn women because it is a known fact that men can handle more stres thatn women can.

Actually it's been proven otherwise. you can look in any sociology textbook and see many studies showing that men have less patience and stress management skills than women. But thanks anyway for the comment.

we've been playing the game longer and we usually play to win. Most women who get into politics honestly believe in trying to play fair which is why most of them don't have much staying power and fail to accomplish anything when they do win. You can only win in politics if you play to win and unless you are willing to pull out all the stops you lose to the person who will go just a little bit further

That's true, the men do seem to advance much faster than women, but i think that it mainly goes back to the dominent and indominent positions. Women are still considered the monority in the world, even though we have more people we are still not the majority. Sad to say but true.
