I don't see any reason you couldn't watch it I have 4 children, and I love all scary movies, and have watched them even pregnant, it all depends if you can stomach all the very violent scenes or not. My kids also like the saw movies and they are 18,15,13,& 8, they have watched them with me.

I happily watched Most Haunted Live on my original due date with my youngest child. It didn't scare me into labor so I don't see wht you couldn't watch a scary movie. It's just an old wives tale...unless you are having complications with your heart rate and blood pressure I don't see how it could cause a problem and even then it's unlikely.

There's really no guideline on whether you can watch SAW if you are pregnant or not, but then it will be better to stay away from horror/violent movies when you are pregnant. I, for one, will not want to do that in case i got shocked by it! hehe

If you believe in Old Wives Tales, then don't watch it. I was pregnant with my fist child when I went to see MASK in 1985. My daughter turned out fine. She is applying for medical school, and her head size is normal.
