She is an old friend, but i just froget her name!

Oh, my god, has it ever happpened to you that when you meet so close a friend of yours ,you just forget her name,and keep silent for a long time because of guiltiness?
If it were you, how will you deal with it to not offend your friend?

LOL I don't think it's possible to forget the name of a colse friend - a close friend is someone you speak to often right? Then it shouldn't be possible to forget a name? :-)

No kidding, really! My brain was jiust stuck by something, it was so embaressing and strage to me. Perhaps, there is a difference between our name system, which makes you disbelieve what i said, but the thing really happened to me!

Well I have a pretty good memory,I remember the names of people I don't wanna remember,So me not remembering a close friends name probably isn't gonna happen with me.
But if you forget ones name who you concider a close friend well than I'm gonna assume you weren't that close in the first place.
