How Can You Find Real Peace of Mind?

I honestly have no idea. I have been trying to get it all of my life. every time i try things to get peace of mind, all heck breaks loose from another end and gets it all stirred up on me again. I wish I had the money to buy me a small island somewhere and I could plant myself there to get some peace. I think trouble would follow me there also.

I am thankful that I have a happy family. I have nice parents, husband and son. That's enough to make me happy. Perhaps there are some people that are richer than us. But at least I have a happy family that others shall envy us, too

you can have them both. real peace of mind starts from ourselves within and we should not be dependent on what happens around us. don't let yourself be affected by things that does not matter to you specially, things that annoys you . you have a choice so make that choice. once you make any decision, never regret it.there is no right or wrong. permit yourself to have that peace of mind.most of us does not permit ourselves to do it.make that choice.
