Is it weird that I feel more familiar with somebody online? I am not sure whether I like the real person or just an imagination. What do you think?

Thank you for your comment at first. But do you think that in real life, we can totally know somebody? I don't think so. I used to discuss this topic with one of my friends, and surprisingly, she agreed that no one can know another person completely. Just like to listen is the most easy and hard thing. It is easy, because we listen to someone else every day, It si hard, because all we listened is important to ourselves, not to the speakers. What do you think?

Generally i don't believe it,for there is too many unreal things. But i can understand your feeling. So i suggest that:your can belive your feeling to the person online, but don't put it in real.

We cannot really understant about the persons thruogh internet. So it is not safe to get love to anybody sooner. But I think after some communication we can understand about his or her charecter and then we can decide he or she is honest or not.

I think you can find love on the internet, after my parents split up my dad spent alot of his time on the internet and he met a few woman on there and has now married one of them after having a long relationship (think bout 3 years) they now live on the shetland island which is miles from me but hes happy, so am i!! Though it mean ive got loads of brothers now - 2 from my parents and 3 step brothers from my dads wife plus if i was to marry my boyfriend i would gain 2 brother in laws! I think i was meant to spend my life with male relatives!! Its easier to chat to someone on the internet as you can write down your feelings and comments knowing they wont go blabbing and speading gossip!

Yes it is very possible. Ive known personally a lot of couples who were brought together through the internet. So I guess your feeling will go beyond just liking the person if you will continue with your communication.

I think feelings for someone online are very real. I think it is because we start by knowing the real person not judging them by what they look like. I also think that people can be more open online and we have to talk more to get to know someone. I have met many people online and those relationships I share with them are very real. I do find it is hard to have a long distance relationship. Since I was not able to pick up and go to them it was difficult to be a couple. I still remain friends with them though. Just be careful cause as sad as it is sometimes people do make up who they are. I mean wouldn't be nice if we were all tall and slim with the perfect body*L* If you have found someone special go with it. Be honest and open and get to know who they are inside before getting to know them from the outside. Best of luck to you.

I think it is possible to fall in Like not love. You can feel that you are totally connected to a person, but really..words are cheap and actions speak louder. I'm not saying it's impossible. However how can you really know a person if your not spending time with them in person. They may sound like a complete match online and then you meet them and they are wearing an unwashed shirt, ripped jeans, holey underwear, and mismatched socks..lol! The point is you cant really know a person unless you are able to study their behaviors. My Now husband carried himself very well when we first met and started dating. He was clean shaven always had clean clothes that matched..lol...turns out he was a complete slob with his house..it didnt scare me off obviously, but it was still a shock. He has learned a lot from me I think when it comes to keeping a cleaner house and picking up after himself..lol..not a complete 180 but baby steps are good!
