New Policy effects magazine subscriptions

have you ever purchased a magazine subscription off of ebay? we have, and the savings is humongous - for instance my son will receive 4 years of computer shopper for less than $10. But, those days have been numbered - as ebay implemented a new policy regarding pre-order/pre-release type sales magazine subscriptions fall into the category because they generally take 6 weeks till the first mag is received.... as it is when ever you place a mag subscription straight from the distributer as well.
