What is PayPal account?

Friends i saw that "my account has been filled with $0.01..... but it needs an Paypal account....... can anyone say me about that PayPal acc?

It depends where you are whether MyLot can pay you with PayPal. I don't see how you could have signed up to MyLot without one or other method of payment! You need to read this page: http://www.mylot.com/o/affiliate.aspx

its just a website theat deals with funds and fund transfers, and you have to make $10 before mylot will pay you anything, just go check out pay pals site www.paypal.com
