Brave heart demostrates great patriotic spirits of scotland people.Fight for freedom and never give in any tyranny!
I was deeply moved by the love between William Wallace and his wife who killed by England soldiers.Wallace once thought to live a peaceful life in his own land,however,his dream was broken by his wife's death.In pursuit of freedom from brutal England,he led his countrymen to fight several times.They earned many triumphs in the battles.Unfortunately, he was seized upon a scotland noble's betrayal.
The most eloquent statement in this movie is:Fight and you will die, run and you will live.At least a while,and dying in your bed many year from now.Would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance,just one chance to come back here and to tell our enermies that they may take our lives,but they may never take our freedom!

Yes, is a great movie. I watch this movie many times. And freedom is the best thing in any time, any country. Also Mel Gibson does a great work in this movie, I can't imagine other actor doing his caracter.

So did I,I have watched this movie no less than five times.I always highly recommend my friends to watch it.For myself, I like the director to embed love into wars.That,indeed,makes the love most touching and impressing.

If you think Braveheart is good, you should watch Rob Roy starring Liam Neeson. Like Liam Neeson, I am from Northern Ireland, and have allways had close ties with Scotland. Scotland is one of the most magical places to have a holiday, you can feel the atmosphere when you walk around the highlands. The film Rob Roy shows how the English hated the Scots, it will give you the same feelings as Braveheart. Give it a try. Good Luck

FREEEEEEEEEDOOOOOMMMMMMMMM! Braveheart was probably one of my favorite movies i have ever watched. I had to watch this movie in english class and for me it was suprising that i never had seen it before because i am into these kind of movies. Having an amazing english teacher made this movie 100 times better and more understandable even though it was great otherwise. This movie is amazing and after watching it I felt that no one could take me down. Even though this movie is not all true, some of it is and the fact that someone went againsts the english ruling monarchy it is great. Its a 5star movie
