Commercial-True or Not

I forgot what these commercials are for, I think it might be some kind of beverage. But the commericals show a little humorous scene at their beginning, and then they give us a matching fact. Two facts that I have seen from these commercials so far are "Men are 4 times as likely to be struck by lightening then women" and "Yoyos were originally invented as weapons" What I'm wondering is, are these facts from the commercials true? If they are they are very interesting! I didn't think I could learn cool facts from a beverage commercial! :)

Ok I just did a little quick research what was thought to be the first yo-yo was made in China however, the first historical mention was in 500 BC in Greese. They were considered toys made of either metal, wood, or terra cotta. So the first yo-yo's were not weapons, but were indeed toys, however the commercial is not completely inaccurate. Even though the first yo-yo's were not considered weapons in the 1600's in the Philipines hunters would hide up in trees with a rock tied to a long string, the the rock was able to roll up and down like a yo-yo. The hunters would use this to hunt their pray hitting wild animals with the yo-yo like aparatus with the rock from the safety of the tree. So that is likely where they got the idea that they were once used as weapons.
