Do you 'Enjoy' the first shower of the season?

Are you someone who waits for the first shower of the season?
I can say, I am not.
As always I think there are lot of problems associated with shower. it will make the roads flood, there will be slow movement of traffic and so I will be late for home. it seems due to this attitude I never enjoyed it. yesterday it was the first shower of this season. it came down while i was coming home from work. As usual i got irritated as I was drenched also.
What about you? do you still enjoy it?

yup, i always enjoyed showering, and i do agree with you that it also take some problems with it, but the whether is extremely looks good and i think you are also from Delhi,,,lol isn't it... But i didn't really noticed when rains starts and stopped...lol as when i wake up in the morning all the roads are wet...
the whether is really enjoyable and atleast the temperature also goes down a lot... so that we can take cool breeze...

YEs I am enjoying the first shower.I always like the rains.Even when I am with my two wheeler without rain coat.The refreshing smell of the new shower is very refreshing to me also.And the rain did not make more flood here in my region.Thnks shuba

no here it would mean all the things you say plus the snow would flood the streets if the drains are slow, and there is so much snow here this year, so no, I don't like the first shower, also it is very cold still, I like a nice warm shower in the summer, or a cool shower in the summer heat.

Raining is quite common in the tropical region here. During rainy season it rains almost everyday. Rain makes the weather cooler and the air fresher so I enjoy rainy day. In my area it never has flood as the drainage system here is quite well managed.
Anyhow the first shower after a long sunny season might be unhealthy to the environment as the rain might be dusty and acidic. Acidic shower causes harm to plants. Besides, the acidic rain could make the metallic parts of the car to be corroded. I always wash the car with clean water if my car has been caught in this type of rain.

Yes, but this year has been very weird. We had tornadoes in the winter time. We had our first rains way too early. It is storming right now also. It is flooding pretty bad around here. I always liked the first rain just because it clears the air and it makes the flowers start to shoot up and the grass greener and the trees start to bloom.

i'm not sure what do you mean about the first shower. but i really don't like it when it rains. i think its really a hassle for a commuter like me when its raining. if i had a car i guess it wouldn't be a problem. i just get too lazy to go out when its raining.
