Deal with PMS every month? Pregnant and carry that pregnancy to full term? (I heard about that Opera show with that pregnant man) Finally go through Menopause? Do you think you'd ever get so mad at him that you'd wished any of the above on him as pay back?

I wouldn't wish it on my husband. He has severe prostate problems even though he's a young guy, and is almost always in pain anyway. He gets that lower back pressure feeling from time to time, and I imagine he's experiencing a lot of what women go through with period cramps. A lot of guys don't start experiencing problems until later in life, when women's problems start easing up.

No worries. It's something we deal with, and he's under the care of one of North America's leading researchers on prostate problems. The problem is there really isn't much they can do, and there isn't a whole lot of funding for it. So we keep on keeping on. I wasn't offended. :)

I am very sorry to hear of your husbands situation. I hope this post did not cause you any emotional discomfort. That certainly was not intended for anyone. One of my close friend's father also suffer from the same protate problem only he is much older in his sixties or seventies. The last I heard from my friend his dad was not having a good time but he was doing better. With the latest break through in medicinal cure for the condition I really hope all will improve for both your husband and my friends dad. Again I apologise if you were caused any discomforts. (lol)

Although I Think that it is unfair that men do not have to go through these things I would never ever wish the things that women have to go through on my worst enemy.

Ok that is a noble perspective. I like that but I will admit I am not so noble. Oh boy. Thanks for sharing. (lol)

I have felt that way several times in our long marriage but soon got over it as our marriage was really pretty good and he did help me a lot so looking back I think I was lucky.
