What is your worst……?

I have one funny habit in eating and that is the fact that I love chocolates right from when I was a kid and I seems not to get tired of it. My kids even joke about it that daddy is Mr. Chocolate. What about you do you have any habit that you just seem not to be able to stop?

I guess my worst habit would be putting myslef down all of the time. I was always treated badly when growing up and told that I was many things and many names. I still think I am those things and those names because even in my adult years, it has not changed,
I also have a bad habit of feeding my nerves. I will eat food and think about what I will eat when I am finished with that. I eat all kinds and even sweets too.

my dear stephcj,i think i need to tell you that the worst sin you can commit against yourself is to put yourself down and accept negative things thrown at you by others to be true.people have said negative things to me in times past but it has never stopped me from moving forward i dont believe that i am any of those things,people have a right to say what they want to say but its you who decides the effect on your life.as regards eating you need to go for a therapy to help.
