The story was about a woman who had not seen her Father for years due to marriage breakup then when she finally met up with them, they "fell in love" and are now in a relationship and (sexually) and have now had a little girl together. Also living with them are two children from her marriage. Apparantly this is common! I must say I was quite ill when I listened to this story, yes maybe I am not up with the times but found this very hard to believe. What are your opinions on this? And I do realise this is their business but just interested in your thoughts!

It appears society is totally going ape!! For this to happen and not be highlighted as "Father is arrested" instead of making a "story" of it.... well what the general consenses is in here. It takes child abuse up sooo many notches, even though his daughter was 31 years old.... hell is waiting...

Think society went ape a long time ago Eagle, or for some anyway! It seems they have taken the word incest and thrown it out the window as they live in their "happy relationship"

Was that her biological father????? OMG this is sickening. Isnt there some kind of law to prevent this? This is gross on so many levels. How does she face her mother? She has messed up her daughter for life. Her father is dad and grandfather at the same time. How do you explain that to a kid???? I blame the father since he is the older adult and should pass good judgment down to his daughter.

I totally agree. How selfish of them to bring a child into the world.

I'm stunned...I can't believe that this would be common anywhere. I love my Dad but EWWWWW. I do have to wonder though...there was another article about a brother and sister who were living together and having children and the state was taking their kids, he had went to jail and she was working with special caseworkers...so why would it be acceptable in one place and not another. Here in the U.S. it would be considered incest either way and is illegal. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I think what they were saying is that it is more common with siblings etc. than actually this type of relationship and am puzzled that they were able to come forward on the televsion and to whether they would be charged!

I did not see this episode but I am with you I think this is disgusting. How can a "true" father have a relationship with their daughter and know that it is his daughter. He is just a child molester and she has obviously has a father complex where she wants a man like a father. And she has it both ways, is the child mentally handicapped, or genetically screwed up. As far as I know this is not common or I have been out of touch as you are. This is just plain sick and sad.

It is disgusting and something I find hard to believe could happen and in their interview they don't see anything wrong with it and actually laugh it off! Their morals seem to be their own and my concern would be for the child and the 2 children she already has.

OMG!!! cant believe it. That man is totally sick!! His own flesh and blood is now his partner in life?? Maybe i would understand it, if they didnt know each other at first thn they fell in love with each other. But then, even if thats the case, and if they are not out of their minds or in normal phase as a human being, they should know that their relationship is a BIG BIG MISTAKE so they should not continue it what they are doing because even the society cant bear what they have.

They did know each other before it started but from what I saw they seemed totally accepted of what has happened and seems like they cannot understand why anyone would be against it.

I didn't watch it last night but that is just wrong. A father and daughter should love each other but that is as a family not as a couple and certainly not be doing anything together that would create another life. That child could have some very serious disabilities when mixing the same genes. How would you even start to explain this to anyone? Oh this is my lover and my daughter? Yuck. Then to the child oh this is my grandpa and my dad. Way wrong. I am going to have to see if I can watch the show online now because it has me curious.

Be prepared if you do watch it online, but it is something not to be missed as it makes one wonder how far society actually will go!

This is absolute disgusting. Out of all th eppl in the world, they just fell in love with each other being father n daughter! And they have a baby 2gether? Is the poor child normal? Its against law, againt nature, against morals, against God. Some relationships need that kind of dignity to maintain themselves.....

As far as the child is today she does appear to be "normal" but she is very young so time will no doubt tell. Does not appear to be morals in this family, or the ones I know anyway.

Hi there caramello! That's really gross. I know that they don't know anything about it and that they are already in love when they learned about it and it's none of my business but since you're asking for my personal opinion, then that's what I think. It's gross.

I wish I had not seen it to tell you the truth as the effect that it has left on me is not nice. I keep telling myself this is their life, but the child they have bought into the world plays a big part on the fact that this is wrong.

My thoughts are yuck this is incest and that is sickening to me. I hope this is not common and am surprised that they could get a marriage license let alone get married.are there not laws about incest and marriage? This makes me sick to think about it.

Surprisingly the law seems to have slipped by these two but to come out on national television and talk openly about what they are doing does not seem to bother them at all. Moral issues do not seem to be their priority only what they want and nothing else seems to matter, including the children.

It may sound hard to believe but it could be true and for me it's so not apropriate. How could something like that happen? I mean did the father knew she was his daughter? Then why would he pursue a relationship with her. I hope there is a law against this kind of matter. It is very not acceptable in our society! i hope matters like this wont happen again.

Yes the father knew that she was his daughter but they say it "just happened"! And they obviously do not see anything wrong with it!

I didn't see that but i agree with you 100 percent. That's not right no matter what decade you were born in. How could a parent think this is ok to do? If they felt it nessary to be together then they should have never had a child brought into that mess. Can you imagine what her life is going to be like? Why in the world would they allow themselves to be on television talking about it? I find it disgusting as a parent myself.

It does sound weird and it would not be an issue really (just something not many would do) except they have bought a baby into the relationship which I feel may have issues down the track emotionally.
