Going on two weeks now, I have been waking up during the night. I have no problem falling asleep and I have no problem getting back to sleep. But I slept just fine over the weekend, No waking up during the middle of the night and no dreams. And now that its monday, I'm starting to wake during the middle of the night again for no reason. I'm not stressed or worried. I don't feel those at all. So whats the deal?

One of the main reasons for waking up in the middle of the night is often due to depression. You say you are not worried or stressed but are you feeling low or down? Also nutrition plays a part in this also, are you eating too late or eating the wrong food before bed. You say that you dont dream but we all dream we just sometimes dont recall them. One of the really positive things about your problem is that in a spiritual sense it is not a problem but a message , a real directive message that your spiritual self is wanting you to 'see' that you are not 'seeing' whilst you are awake. The spirtual self wakes you up in the hopes that you will recall its message. Try keeping a pad by the bed and really focus on whats going on when you wake up, you could have a really amazing destiny to fill. Hope this helps

Maybe you're stressed and don't realize it. It could take some serious soul searching to find out. It could be something in your environment, too, waking you up - someone to work very early and their vehicle is loud or irritating, for instance.

There are lots of reasons why you would wake up in the middle of the night, the most common reason is due to depression , but you say you have no worries or stress. But that does not mean that you are feeling low or down. If that not you, then there could be dietry problems, what are you eating before you go to bed, the digestive system can wake you up if you are eating the wrong food or eating at the wrong time. You say you have no dreams - but we all dream and maybe you do not pay attention to what actually wakes you up. The point I really want to make is that we are always able to understand what is going on in our bodies if we are willing to really listen and become aware. One really exciting thing about you waking up in the night is that on a 'spiritual' level you are being given a message that you are unable to 'se' when you are awake. This is often the way the inner spirt will move to '#get' you to 'see' what it want you to understand. Hope this is helpful
