' No words to do justice ' means that there are no words with which you can do justice and that all the words you use to praise about that world are not enough. Do you understand now?

Such a phrase is used when you are trying to explain something that has to be experienced. You can describe the snow fall but how do you describe the feeling of helplessness being caught in a blizzard knowing that you are within 100 yards of something but can't see it and you have no idea of what direction you are heading. There would be no words to explain the panic you feel.

It is just saying that you have more feelings about how something is than you have words to express the feelings.
