Do you have any good idea to trim the tummy?

Hello people, I am quite a fit and slim person, but my tummy seems getting a bit bigger. Especially summer is coming, I want to look cool in bikini. I have started working on the indoor bicycle twice or three times per week, but my tummy doesn’t seem going flat. On the contrary, it is still a bit big. If you have any good ideas or tips to trim the tummy, please share it with me. Thanks!

Yup a tummy tuck or liposuction LOL kidding. I don't know as I still have my sagging tummy from giving birth. It has come down a bit now that I have lost weight but I know I have to do a lot more to get it flat as a pancake (which I have never had in the past) LOL

Mine too - they say stomach crunches helps but I think it's overall exercising of the whole body that will help get it back into shape - good luck!

Hello there, thanks for sharing your view. For me, abdominal (tummy) part is the most difficulty area to trim and work out flat as well.

Always workout with some kind of fairly steady rhythmic music, I prefer classical, as long as it's nice and steady, that helps you work harder and last longer. When you do situps or crunches, here's my combo. Twist left, twist right, straight, twist right, twist left, straight. That way you twist as many times as you twist each direction, which is really important in toning your whole torso. Secondly, that order prevents you from doing any "circular motion" type things if you always did left, straight right, left, straight, right, you might not do each equally. Other than that good nutrition is very important.

Hello there, it sounds a good idea. I am going to try it now on a daily basis. Properly starts from 10 minutes per session!

I just bought the Turbo Jams set and you should see the abs on the people who do the workouts on there! I know that they sell a DVD that's specifically for abs, if you already work out, the 20 minute ab workout on there won't be hard for you, but it should get you some amazing results. Look for it on Amazon or something though because I paid $70 for my set.

Hello there, many thanks for the information. I have checked the Turbo Jams set from the Amazon site. I like it very much. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t do the delivery to Gibraltar where I live.
