Allot of people only brush there teeth once a day, but it's probably healthier to brush them twice. Back in the "olden days" it was also common for people to have lost most of their teeth by the age of 20 To keep your teeth clean and your breath fresh and to prevent disease. I suggest you do it at least twice a day - in the morning and before bed.

I brush my teeth four times a day I guess. One in the morning-- mouthwash before breakfast then brushing my teeth afterwards Lunch then dinner I work at night so I brush my teeth atleast once and I carry a mouthwash. It feels comfty to work with a fresh breath. Cheers!

As often as I can, which is likely not often enough. Hard to do at work sometimes. I do chew the gum that is supposed to help clean teeth and keep floss in my purse.

I brush them when I get up in the morning and when I go to bed at night everyday. I also brush them if I am going to some kind of meeting where I will be face to face talking to someone and I will brush them if I have ate something that sticks in my teeth.

I brush my teeth in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before i go to bed everyday. I also brush my teeth at work or elsewhere if I've eaten something smelly or if I'm having a face to face meeting. I hate it when im talking to someone with nasty breath so i make a point to not have it when i talk to others.

It depends on how many times a day I brush my teeth.I will brush them as soon as i get out of bed and then before I go to bed.Now if I have coffee throughthe day or something that might help stain my teeth or I eat something that makes my breath nto as fresh i will brush them 3 times a day.A clean mouth is a healthy mouth;D
