I like 4 baseball teams. I like The Mets, Dodgers, The Red Sox and The Nationals.I started rooting for the Mets back in the 80's when Gary Carter, Mookie Wilson, and Darryl Strawberry were playing.I also started to root for the Dodgers the same time. I love Tom Lasorda and Mike Piazza. When Curt Shilling came to the Red Sox , so did I. I finally realized there was a team that hated the Yankess as much as I do.and I live in Northern VA and The Nationals are my local team.

RED SOX NATION... I recently visited Boston, and was able to go to a Red Sox game. I don't think there is another city i would rather go to watch a game, and this is speaking as a baseball fan, not just a Red Sox faithful. Every gameday the town transforms, everyone gets off work and there is one thing on the minds of the population. GOOOO SOX. this is without even getting into the team. Pappi, Beckett, Dice-K, Varitek, Pappelbon, but lets look further than the nucleus. Dustin Pedroia is the most productive 2nd baseball in the MLB, compare his numbers to anyone. At 160lbs he plays like a heavyweight fighter, keeping the moral and energy up in the dugout and keeping opposing players on there toes with his mouth, not disrespectful but challenging them to compete, which lets face it is what sports is all about.

A loyal Rangers fan here. Have been all my life but it hasn't been easy! There's been a lot of frustration but I still love them. I hope some day they'll be able to bring the World Series here. And I know I could be waiting a long time for that to happen. I'll just keep hanging in there like I've always done!

Ever since I remember caring about baseball, I have been a Red Sox fan. I grew up in Massachusetts, so it really is the hometown loyalty for me (I also root for the Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots). I grew up watching Yaz, Rice, Evans, Boyd, Lynn, Fisk, and many more.

Well I'm from the West Coast so you know I gotta say the Dodgers. Second I would say the Angels. Third don't matter because it is not remembered. Hahaha.

I'm a Cleveland Indians fan. It's an Ohio thing as far as AL teams. I'm hoping to see them finally break their drought. That way I can personally stop hearing about how the Cleveland Curse. Even without it, I'll still support them even though they are struggling at this moment but I think they can turn it around. I just hope it won't be too late.

hi jbrooks. my favorite team would be the san diego padres from last season. i especially like the team when germano pitches. not for any reason except for the fact that i made a lot of money from the padres last mlb season. i don't have a favorite team right now. most probably will have to wait until mid-season to see which team makes me most money by that time.

I've been a Florida Marlins fan since day 1! GO FISH! I've been following the Red Sox for a couple of years, and now the Detroit Tigers, because some of my favorite players from the Marlins past have found their ways to these teams. The Red Sox have both Mike Lowell and my boy Josh Beckett from our '03 championship team while the Tigers have Miguel Cabrera, Dontrelle Willis and Ivan Rodriguez from the '03 championship squad as well as Edgar Renteria and Gary Sheffield from the '97 world champs.
