I have a crazy mailman!! Do you?

OK, so I just happened to be walking by my font window as our mailman "pulled" up to my neighbors house across the street. We had trash pickup this morning and my neighbors left for work before the trashmen came so their trashcans were left by the road. So the mailman comes barreling down the street in his little mail Jeep and smashes through their trashcans to get to their mailbox! Two got toppled over and are now on my neighbors lawn, one managed to stay upright but is now about 5 feet from where it was originally. The he takes off at a high rate of speed to our next neighbors mailbox about 20 feet away. As I am typing I can hear the mailtruck racing around our neighborhood! Now, I don't think this is our regular mailman. Our normal one is a nice old man that I have talked to on many occassions. This time we must have a sub or something. It was just a very strange thing to watch and I just thought I'd share. Do you have any strange mailperson stories? Please share if you! I'm off to make sure my boyfriend brought up all the trashcans out of the street before ours gets run over!
