The Healthcare Visa Gift Card, which works like a debit card, can be used for copayments for doctor's office visits, prescriptions, eyeglasses and even health club memberships. It's programmed to be used only for health related expenses and cannot be used to get cash at ATM's. This Visa medical gift card is offered by health insurer Highmark, at www.givewell.com and there is a toll free number...1-877-850-3774. The cost is $4.95 plus shipping, after nine months a monthly fee of $1.50 is charged as long as the card retains funds. Of course it's up to you how much is put into the card but this sounds like an awesome idea to me and would be a great help to anyone we know who takes a lot of medication or makes a lot of doctor visits. What do you think about this Healthcare Gift Card?

Reading about it I thought it was a fantastic idea! So many people can't afford prescriptions and I think this would be a big help to our family and friends.
