What is wrong with my nipples???

So, I had this problem, of understanding the important of male's nipples. I mean, I'm a guy, just feeling curious about that question. The main reason is that... I had a very serious problem with my nipples. What happen was that, when I was 14, there was this jerk, called Ken, who loved to pinch other people's nipples, especially men. So mine happened to got pinched once. But that's not the end of the story, there's an infection I got after my nipples was pinched, or I should called it a syndrome. Not only did I had a very bad dream, but my left nipple was very... umm... makes me wanna pinch it more... then I will feel much better later. this thing had gone for two years, until I found one very serious problem about that. That was when I was 16 years old, during my great bath, I discovered that my left nipple was slighgtly larger than my right nipple. Until now... my left nipple was at least 6 times as big as my right one. What wrong was it, I mean, am I having slow-spreading breast cancer that I haven't yet discover.
