Well do you have this phobia ?? I have this for a long time and the last time I was in front of a stage was about 14 years ago...

every body has this stage fright within himself!!!
even i had......all u need is to keep it within n not let anybody let it know!!!
next time u get an oppurtunity.........prepare mentally....be strong n bold..... u should know that every body is same....n no 1 is perfect!!
take all your guts....n give it one shot.....!
