I recieve atleast 30 junk mails per day..Thanks to Yahoo Spam Filter..My day-to-day works are not disturbed because of these spam mails. How many junk mails do you recieve on an average per day? I delete the spam mails even without opening them.Do you open any of the spam mails to check out what it was?

I too do not open my junk mail folder daily. But I check it atleast once in a week to find out if any of my necessary mails have been directed to this folder. But I never open the junk mails and I delete them unopened.

There is no constant rate to the volume of spam that I receive and it can vary a great deal from day to day. I would guess at something like 20 per day, but that would consist of very few one day and a lot the next day.

I sometimes open my junk mail folder as some of my important mails are recieved in that folder. So check iy out atleast once in a week. But I never open the junk mails. My gmail account is very worse. I recieve more junk mails than the needed mails.

I work for an ISP so my work email address is posted everywhere. Our pervious spam filter blocked about 12,000 spam emails per hour. We recently migrated our email system to Gmail which has a much better spam filter, I still recieve on average about 300-500 a day. My personal email however, I would say anything more then about 12 a day is uncommon for me :)

Stop Sending Me Junk - junk mail
I receive about 20 per day. I usually go to my junk to see if anything went there. I usually don't open them but only look at the topic of the email. For example a Review Stream email actually went to my junk the other day! So I moved it over to my inbox cause it is a trusted site. Otherwise I don't ever open spam even if I see it in my inbox by chance. I just hit delete right away.

The same is with me also. I just check the spam mail flder to see if any of my necessary mail is there. Otherwise I just delete the mails unopened..still they are a great irritating factor while checking the mail.
