Smile for each day!

Hi ozzeth! You know when I saw this discussion I realised... I am happy and sorta smiling right now. Really I'm giggling to myself about something because...I feel flattered at the moment! I got to say though, there was a time in my teenage years where I went through a big depression, but I am finally out of it. Luckily I didn't have to go on those anti-depressants...or rather I didn't want to take them. I had a few great friends to pull me through and my dad is always there for me. I agree that a smile can turn someones day around. Also yes, positive thinking really does help alot. First hand experience has taught me this. I really like this discussion... So I shall leave you with a smile or three!

Thanks dear. you are light. we should give it a smile whatever happens. smile can beat troubles and problems. thanks for reminding me of that. It is been good. now I am smiling.

that is ohh so true. smile can make a big difference. challenges is part of our everyday life. if there is no challenges then it would be quite boring. although there are challenges that would really give you sleepless nights but dont let problems affect your persona. always smile and the world will smile with you.

I agree in principle, although it is not always easy. This has been a difficult week really, for several reasons. However a smile can make all the difference between looking at a glass half empty or looking at it half full, and I choose the latter. So I will look at the problems and smile because I know that smiling makes me feel better. It is always nice to see people smiling, it shows the lighter side of the human spirit I think. Obviously if one is very sad then a smile can seem unnatural, but I do think we need to remember the good things in life, even in our darker moments, it helps us to remember that things are not all bad, so I will smile at the world again today. Thanks for the reminder. :)

I really want to smile, but I could not. Because I don't know what to do with the coming dinner toghter in the weekend. My husband wanted to serve his new colleagues at home this weekend. I am anxious about the cookbook! Oh, my God! What should I cook for them?!

They say I have this ala julia robert's smile. :D Now that I have 3 false teeth =( I can't smile like I used to do.. you know, all teeth smile. hehe

I agree with you 100%, I was told once about the Ying yang of life, a circle that life keeps going around, when things a good you are at the top of the circle and it is a life cycle to go round so it is natural for not so good things yo happen that means you are at the bottom of the circle and it is a good thing to think when you are there then there is only one way to go...up, so good and bad things are going to happen in your life so you must take the lesson from it and you will become stronger and then as you say smile and you will win...

Excellent Post! I completely agree with you thought. I always believe in smiling....LOL! I also wish that whatever I do, I should put smile on others' face too. If you check my profile, my 'catch-line' also says so. I think when we smily, the blood in our body increases and some healthy hormones in our body are also released so as to make us cheerful. It is also said that smile cost you nothing but it pays greater dividends to you. I hope you are always smiling.....LOL!

I love life and welcome it with open arms when I get up in the morning. I smile at those I pass on the street and in stores. I say hi to them along with the smile. I get my way of thinking of life from my Mom. She always was and is a very upbeat person. She has always had a very positive outlook on life. She is 86 and in the last seven months has had two surgery's, found out that she has had one heart attack, has had stents put in in three different places and does physical therpy. All the nurses and doctors can not believe the age she is. She looks more like she is in her late 60.s or early 70's. She is friendly to everyone and always has the most beautiful smile in the world on her face. She has never let life get her down and she is a person when life throws lemons at her she just turns around and makes lemonade. This beautiful women has given me the way I look at life. I am a happy person and always have smile on my face and a greeting for anyone I meet.

There's a thing about me and downtimes. When I am alone and thinking about all my endless troubles I am really depressed. As soon as I get to chat with a friend that just goes. More than that I discovered that the majority of my problems are temporary. Some just last only a day. Others appear to be permanent. Somehow I've never lost my sense of humor and make people laugh almost at will. The best way to smile is with someone. Thats a rule never to forget. Alone the trouble is on your back. With someone the trouble steps aside to let you talk.

i cant smile now, i feel so irritated. what i want now is to scape in this place, i dont want to be here anymore, only the reason i should stay here in my job is i am pregnant now and i cant find easily a new job in my situation. i will diliver my baby on the month of september. wohh its five more months before i ve got a leave for my maternity. i like to resign after i give birth to my child. i want to find better job thats pay better for my work and at the same time that makes me feel that i am also important to thier company.

I am smiling right now before reading this post. I like to be smiling always and keeping my cool. It solves our problems we have by keeping cool and smile. I agree with you on this pretty much same. what are your other thoughts on this? how you treat smile in your sense?

hey ozzeth! im smiling right now while reading this interesting and wonderful topic of yours. Im so agree with you. Smile is the best thing to do in our life. Even we have any problems...let's just smile for it and later you will just know. It's already resolved. Smiling is a positive way to think solutions to our troubles. :)
