I think exercise for teens is a good thing if anything it will help their health later on, I think its a good age to be thinking about keeping fit and in good shape as long as the staff at the gym and the parents are keeping an eye on how much they do and the parents keeping an eye that they are eating properly and it should be good for them

It wun really pose any health problems for those kids as long as they dun overdo it as they haven reach/finish their puberty stage yet, and it may affect their body muscles development as time goes by.. So light workouts is the best for them ^_^

Working out is safe for people of all ages. The problem comes in when people who are not yet teenagers use the weights too much.

HI,in my opinion, you are too old to learn it.younger is better for a gym exercise.as we know, chinese is good at gym.those athletes are picked and trained when they were very young. while for us common people who are only interested in gym and don't expect to make excellent achievement in it,any age is ok.

there are age restrictions here in the UK any1 under the age of 16 is not allowed to use the Gym, I think it is more for the weights machines etc as if too much muscle mass is built up before the body is fully developed it can cause serious problems later in life. I dont think its so much the cardio stuff but just the muscle building that causes the problems I think there is really no need at that age anyway for a good cardio workout they can easilly go out and have a game of football with their friends etc
