Embarrassing moments

How would you handle an embarrassing moment? For example: I used a match to light an oven a few years back. Apparently there was too much gas and the oven lit quickly with a blast of heat that hit my face. I spent an entire day with singed eyebrows and hair. It was so obvious but not one single person I came into contact with asked me about the singed hair. Towards evening I was getting ready to go out and stood in front of the mirror to fix my hair. I was shocked at all the singed hair! I couldn't believe that all the friends I was in contact with did not tell me about it. I always point stuff out to friends if there is something they need to fix to keep from being embarrased. Would you?

Oh yes I would always tell a friend id rather they only felt mild embarassement with me than have to go through a lot of it with strangers etc. I would always prefer my friends told me if there was something on my face or clothes so its only them that sees it.

Have you ever had anything embarrassing happen to you? Was it corrected right away? Just curious. I couldn't imagine not telling someone if there was something they needed to know.

i think the most suitable way to handle an embarassing moment is not to be ashamed of the thing you do because all the people commit mistakes. The one that laugh in the face or other person is because he/she has commited more mistakes or ashaming things than you. Wish you luck ! Martín !
