Are your traffic exchanges working?

I am noticing that while I am surfing these traffic exchanges to earn credits to promote my sites, I am hardly looking at what I'm surfing. I have a surfing page in the background right now while I'm typing this. My guess is those who are surfing my pages are doing the same thing! I'm not trying to say I'm a bad surfer, I actually did sign up for a program that I surfed passed on one of these sites, and I use Linkreferral to get a lot of information and have signed up for a few sites through them. Has anyone noticed if their traffic exchanges are working to get them referrals, and which ones do you think work best?
