Are you happy or sad? I'm quite happy at the mo, life is just funny at the moment, my hubby makes me laugh and so does my son and I've had a good day! The only thing that has made me sad is the discussion I've just responded to about death! Anyway are you happy or sad? I'm generally a happy person anyway (well most of the time!)

Well, im a lot happier today than i normally am, because im trying to look at things in a much more positive way in my life.
I've been rather pessimistic for a long time now, and it really affects your chances at hapiness.
Now im making a conscious effort to force myself to think and act positively, so that happiness, and positive outcomes, can be allowed into my life, and those around me.
It feels a little forced and unnatural at first, but im sure as i get used to consciously seeking out the good in a situation, that this will become a habit at some point, and the ill just come naturally after that.
So right now i am happy ~ because im taking steps to change the things in my life that make me unhappy. xxxx

You've put a smile on my face, thats so good, wish more people were like you, I know someone who is pessimistic constantly and it drives me nuts and everything I say he has a negative answer to. It will become more natural given time but I'm so pleased for you. My favourite saying is 'smile and the world smiles ith you, cry and you cry alone!' I know everyone has bad days and times in their lives but there are so many people out there who are worse of then we are. Sorry thats a bit phyliscophical or how ever you spell it! Good luck with everything and keep smiling xx

Aw thankyou ~ truth is, reading your sweet comment brought a smile to my face too.... so your favourite saying must be true! You smiled.. i smiled... let's see if we can pass the 'bug' on a bit further! hehe
LOL, to be honest though, i wish i had more friends that thought like you ~ happiness and positivity is somewhat contagious i agree, and unfortunately so is pessimism.
I was surrouded by negative people a lot of my life, and when i met my Fiance (who is a beautiful positive thinker) i was really not a barrell of laughs to be around! I just couldnt see the good in anything! I depressed MYSELF having to be around me! But then i started to see how happy my Fiance was all the time, and he taught me that happiness is 100% a state of mind ~ its the way we view the world that makes us happy or sad.. and being positive can actually encourage good things to come into our lives, by opportunities that we would have missed if we looked upon it in a negative manner.
LOL, i could talk for ages about it.. its my new hobby! Becoming positive. :) .... and i SHALL do it! We all can.. and wouldn't the world be a wonderful place if we all just tried? :) xxxxxxx

I'm always a happy person, but now I'm not happy, because I need work today and today is Saturday. We always can have a rest two days one week, but these days our company is very busy, so we can not have a rest on Saturday. It's Spring now, I really want to go out to have a picnic, hu....., So bad.

I am happy right now infact most of the time ive the love of a wonderful man and we have to beautiful little girls who wouldnt be happy with the blessing of all of that!
Im also happy because my granddad recently got the all clear from skin cancer that has made us all very happy

right now, i am sad nothing is going for me in my life atm. I have never gone out with friends and i feel hopeless at the lack of direction in my life.

Oh no thats not good, I'm sure things will pick up soon, with every down there an up just round the corner. :)
