Rebate,Stimulus Checks Coming A Week Early!!

Well the rebate checks are to start comeing next week. That is a week earlier than planned. I need mine.It wil not go to far, but anything will help.It will buy several tanks of gas anyway..

that is not early - the original "start to send" date was friday may 2nd.
i got lucky - i filed electronically, electronic deposit, and i have a low last two digits on my social security number - so i'm in the first send-out week - YAYYY!

How do you know that they send it to people with low last two digits? If that is the case then I am going to get mine at the same time as you and that is certainly good news indeed.

Stimulus payments will be sent out in the order of the last two digits of the Social Security number used on the tax return.
Below are the schedules for economic stimulus payments related to tax returns processed by April 15, 2008.

I too will get my check first,All three of us it looks like will be getting ours first!! but mine is not direct deposited, so Redfether, yours will get to you faster than mine!!

Happy for you deary. I didn't work last year, so I could not file taxes;but I got a letter Stating the ckecks would be issued in the month of May.
I know many folks are anxiously awaiting their checks.Every penny counts these days with gas prices going higher and higher.
I hope it soon comes through for you.

Sorry you will not get one. I normally do not file taxs, becaus I do not make enough on social security to file them, but I did file this year to get this check,

Well that is a really good thing to know. I could sure use that money right about now. If it does arrive then I will be the happiest person on earth aside from the other people that receive theirs as well.

i have heard before that they are due then and i really haven't bene looking for them and i know that they aren't worth a whole whole lot but like yoiu said it would buy several tanks of gas if nothing else and that is always a plus because of how gas prices have went up in the past few years, and that is good that we don't have to take money out of our pockets but rather out of hte checks
