I am a member of our school's pep squad. We have three hours of training on weekdays and aside from that we still have to take gymnastics thrice a week and go the gym thrice a week. I think that they are asking for too much. I am left with only little time to study, go out with my friends and do the things that I do. I need your advice guys.

Wow, that's a lot. No wonder those cheering competitions I've seen on TV were really intense. Do you really want to quit? Of course, studies and friends are important too, but are you sure you won't regret your decision? This opportunity could come once in a lifetime. I never had things like this that I could be proud of, like musical instruments or sports, and I'm envious of those who have these things. Yes, it might be a little too much to handle. But if you've managed your time nicely, you could make it. Compared to those who just wasted their days doing nothing. Being tired is just a small price to pay for living a full life.
