Do you think that children from other countries are taught better than children in the USA and why?

I know a number of other countries pay those from the US to come and teach for them so I think they like our educational system. I do however think that other countries maybe value education more then we do here in the US. Our kids take it for granted and as a chore to have to go to school. In other countries there are children that would love to go to school the way our children do.

I agree with you tricia, but why do you think that our children in the USA act this way?

I think in some cases, they are. Other countries are allowed to discipline the students and maintain order. Education is also more valued in most other countries that here. Look at Japan, they surpass us in nearly everything..while I think their children should have a bit less time in school, they excel at their subjects and there doesn't seem to be as much juvenile crime there as there is here. I think our education standards could be improved if teachers were allowed to control their classes. We'd have more literate students and maybe less trouble as the students were actually taught some self-control.

That was very well said, and I happen to agree with you on these items, especially self-control.

of course there is no diffrient bettween children of the world the one diffrent is how to learn the child from begining so if u learn the child early will be good man so in usa the only one thing is learn the child early and know what his or her job,,,
