Idiots run down woman's dogs.

I read this story this morning on ninemsn news. I feel so much for the dongs' owner. it would be so horrific to watch this happen to your pet. I really hope they find these thugs and throw them in jail. Intentionally killing an animal should carry the same punishment as killing a human in my opinion because people obviously still think they can get away with harming animals.

A woman has watched in horror while a car chased her three small dogs through a street in Sydney's west, before killing one.
The 32-year-old woman was walking her three dogs on Grex Ave at Minchinbury at about 10.45pm (AEST) on Thursday when a red hatchback with three young men inside mounted the footpath and chased the dogs through the street.
The car swerved and did several U-turns during the pursuit, which police believe was unprovoked.
Pomeranian cross chihuahua Vinnie, aged one, was running back to its owner when it was run over and killed by the hatchback, which narrowly missed the Orchard Hills woman before speeding away.
The occupants of the car are described as young men wearing baseball caps.

How can anyone be so cruel to do what these thugs did to that poor little dog? I reckon they must have been high on something to drive after dogs and try to run them down. I know what I'd like to do with them if I caught them, but it's not printable.
I really do hope the police catch these guys and throw the book at all of them.
My heart goes out to that poor woman who saw the whole thing happen to her dog.

You see I just do not understand how some people can be so cruel, why on earth would they do that and think that it is fun, it is not fair. I would be distraught if that happened to me, those poor dogs did not deserve that at all. If they catch these louts then why not make the punishment be for them to be chased by a car driven by the dog owner and if they do not escape her and get run over, tough.

This is absolutely horrible. I truly believe that punishments for cruelty to animals should be just as severe, if not more so than crime against a person. They have no way of protecting themselves, and their survival instinct against idiots has been bred out of them.
I'm absolutely horrified. I hope they catch these "young men" and stick them in a cage with a fight dog.Maybe then they can sit in jail and think about doing something else retarded.
