what really ticks me off is....

when i am in line behind someone in the grocery store and they pay with food stamps and i see they have on designer sunglasses, gold necklaces and rings all over their fingers, designer clothes and sneakers on and then when they go out into the parking lot they are driving a cadillac or some other very expensive car. how on earth do they qualify for food stamps? i think there are alot of people out there who do not belong on assistance but have made it a way of life just so they do not have to work or pay for certain things so they can afford the finer things. i think the criteria should be changed for such public assistance. they should come out the homes and see how the people are actually living. i see this all the time and it really irks me that we are all paying for this. i cannot afford designer clothes and sneakers and i do not drive a cadillac but i do not qualify for food stamps either but just by a couple of hundred bucks. what do you think about this?
