i know i need to and i know i should but it is not something i get to every day for many reasons most of all though is the physial pain i am in each day. i do try to get out and walk a few times per week and i do stretching and calisthenic type exercises whenever possible but i know it is not enough to make the changes i need in my life.

it was disgusting and definitely not fit for tv. i would hope that no one will invite him back to perform on any tv shows especially not awards shows. i saw the clip on the news yesterday and i was appalled. there seems to be no limit anymore to what we see on tv and the morals and scruples are just right out the window.

i am thankful for my son most of all. he is the love and light of my life. i am having a very difficult time right now in my life so i fail to see anything else that is positive right now. i have had a long, hard struggle for most of my life and it is wearing on me and getting harder with each passing day. i will try to be thankful for more but right now i just cannot.

i am 48 and some days i feel like am 108! i just get so exhausted from my tedious schedule and my body gives out way before i am done with all i have to do. some days i ask myself if i feel like this now, how in the world am i going to feel when i really am old???

no way. i never go shopping on black friday. to me it is just not a fun thing and i hate crowds and obnoxious people so i stay away. i am almost always done with my shopping anyway by that time except for a few little things here and there so there is never any need for me to shop on this day.

hunting is something i have never done and never had any interest in either. i could not kill an animal for sport. if it were for survival it would still be hard but i would force myself to do it to feed my family.

i guess it happens but it is not wise to fall in love with someone you never met. how do you really know them on a day to day basis? life is hard enough so i think you really need to get to know someone before jumping into anything.

i guess it would have to be water. i love the sound of the ocean and the look of it and the smell. i love the sound of a waterfall and think they are incredible to watch. i love clouds and they are essentially water. so much beauty in nature if you just stop and look.
