How To hack your own computer and make it faster

hi, I use XP and VISTA. I using VISTA for 4-5 days. To run my computer faster I always remove unnecessary program and services from startup that I can save precious memory space. I also customize the it visual effects of windows. Increasing virtual memory helps windows to run faster. And lastly, I edit some registry values. That's it.. all I do to run windows faster without harming hardware... I don't overclock my hardware CPU or graphics card 'cos it generates heat more and reduces their life. Only a good cooling system can save it from harming in overclocking mode. But, only hardware upgradation turns a computer into a super computer. If you got P4 HT and thinking of it working like Core™ 2 Extreme, you are wrong.

you can stop all your start up program by typing msconfig in your start= run.. that will help you to make your computer start in no time.

If you're talking about overclocking it, then did you know that it DOES harm your computer?

Yeah I know one. Go and get a faster processor and bigger RAM. Anyother shortcut will damage your computer. And most probably you will have to get a new processor and motherboard because repairing may not be an option.
