I would love to have a riding lawn mower. If I did I could mow my own lawn again. But my yard is not that big, so I can not see investing so much money in one(I do not have that kind of money)I can not push a mower because of my back. But the Riding mowers are so expensive.Riding mowers are real nice, just sit on them and mow.Do you have a riding mower?

no i dont , i have a Craftsman self-propelled gas mower that does the work easily ,i think it is a good alternative for you .... riding mowers are nice for estate lots..... im not sure where you live , you can find em at either Sears or Canadian Tire....prices around 3 or 400 bucks for a good brand .... works really well

you dont have to push , it is self- propelled ... but obviously u have to walk .. the only option then is a riding one or hire someone... sry to hear abt that .. good luck !

Yeah I have one but it is being used by someone else. When my house got destroyed by the hurricanes I had to move into an apartment and put whatever I had left in storage. A friend who has a large lawn was spending his off days mowing with a push mower. Since it isn't good for a riding mower to sit for a long time without use I let him take it to his home. It has been of good use to both of us. I do like them because you can do your mowing in half the time. They are good even if you do have a small lawn, saves time and money(gas). They are worth every penny you spend for one. My friend has took good care of this mower and it stills runs like new. They are great for people who have back trouble.

Thanks for the BR I see no need for anything to sit and rust when someone else can use it. He does have a problem with his knee and now he can get the job done in half the time without any strain on his knee. Thanks for your kind words.

Yes, I too have a back problem thats why I can no longer push a mower I have to pay other to do mine.Sorry about you losing your home. You are a great person, to allow these people to use that mower, I do know how bad that they need it, as I have the bad back also. I know they are so grateful to you, the Lord will bless you as will, for your selflessness,.I wish you well,My friend

My yard is not big enough to use a riding lawn mower. I would probaly fall off one of those things anyways or run it into a tree! I am not very cordinated.

It would be cool to have a garden big enough to have one of those, I would never get fed up of mowing a lawn then!! All my family would be fighting over going on it!! There is no chance of me needing one of those though, we have a massive garden but we do not have any lawn, ours is all slabbed.

I have never owned a land mower. I dont have that kind of space for it. I am sure it gives a comfortable ride.

Sadly enough I do not have a rider mower if I did life would be a little easier...I have almost a acre of land to mow with only one little push mower...the land goes up and down little hills and is hard and tiring to mow...I just try to stay positive and say it's great exercise...lol

We dont have a ride n lawn mower, but our garden ids very small ,so you would have a job even to park it let alone rie it.But I know what youmean, they are the ultimate in luxury and if you had a massive grassed area then it would be good fun to sit on rev up an mow away to your hearts content.
