Which do you prefer to use? A Windows OS or a Mac? Is it true that Mac is better than Windows?

It is not true in our place that Mac is better than Windows. In fact, almost all users in our area or country is using Windows. I have not seen one yet using Mac. Therefore, I can say that in our country, windows is preferred over mac. I don't know in other areas. May be in your country, mac is better than windows. Anyway, as long as it serves the purpose, that's enough already!

The Mac is a very reliable system, but it is also very limited in the software available. Most software programs are written for Windows, since this is the way to reach a larger customer database, so choice of programs for Mac are few and far between in comparison. I know quite a few people who have owned a Mac and finally returned to Windows for that very reason.

I use Windows, I prefer Windows. Why? I've never used Mac so... Windows has many more games, apps etc. In my country (Poland) no one use Mac. It's expensive and it hasn't good hardware. For the same cash as I'd pay for Mac I'd buy better PC.

I have a macbook couple month ago . I'm familiar with it immediately , although I used window about 6 years ago . I love Mac so much . It's very friendly to the new Mac member like me . It 's very easy to use . The speed is so fast . Each Mac is designed beautifully . The higher security and power is also reasons . It doesn't have a lot virus like windows . Using Mac I don't scare virus when I join some public websites Is your major is design , Mac is perfect for your choice . It has many helpful software for design .

The interface of MAC is very user friendly, unless you have already instilled in your mind that Windows is better. I have used both mac and windows and I would say that the design of the MAC software is more sophisticated and brilliant compared to windows. Windows is more susceptible to virus compared to mac.

These sorts of discussions always bring a lot of misconceptions out of the woodwork. Apples are now running Intel processors and generally off-the-shelf hardware. Their big advantage is that Apple knows exactly what hardware will ship with their OSX, and they can extensively test and improve drivers and OS in concert with that known hardware. This creates a user experience described as "It Just Works". I've used Windows for years, but switched to Macs last year - no more Windows in the house. I had no idea how much time I spent just futzing around with my Windows box to keep it in shape - virus scanning, driver management, hardware issues, OS issues. Now? I *use* my computers a lot more than I *work on them*, and that's extremely valuable. Apples will run Windows natively - faster than equivalent PCs, generally. They will also run Windows programs inside OSX with the assistance of applications like Parallels and VMWare Fusion - or even the free program Virtualbox.

I use Windows computer OS. What's the difference between a Mac and Windows? I've never ever used a Mac before. is it more advanced? or maybe more detailed than Windows? Just curious since you asked this question. and which the question popped in my head.
