good,flexible job for a 15 year old kid

my brother is 15 and is looking for a job.. he plays traveling baseball in the summer and that leaves days open but nights are pretty much taken. does anyone have any ideas for him?

concession stand is a good idea...i think he only needs 2 more classes or something like that to be certified to be a lifeguard
