For PTC and other GPT- Do you have a schedule?

Do you have a daily schedule, such as when you visit your PTC sites, or do you just randomly visit at different times during the day? When I first started this I would constantly run through all my sites a few different times a day to check for new ads, but I am now trying to get myself on a schedule. Now after I've clicked all the ads available on a site once I will move it to a new folder in my favorites and not check it again that day. I would like to get to the point where all my sites are available at the same time of day, but many of them only refresh the ads once every 24 hours, so I have to wait till the same time the next day. So for those that I have clicked at night I have to wait until the next time. What is your current schedule?
