As a parent i often read stories of young girls who go in for abortion, unfortunately some of them go to unqualified doctors who do a quick rough jobs on these girls and unfortunately some have become barren for life in the process, the one i was shocked to read recently wa a mother who has followed her teenage daughter to do abortion about 4 times in 2 years,it was made public by the abortion doctor who, couldnt take it any longer.Personally,i dont support abortion.but really, would you as amother encourage your teenage daughter to go for an abortion once?not to talk of 3 times?

If i have a teenage daughter pregnant, i will let her make chioce, if she want to go for abortion, i have no chioce to support her. but after that i will talk with her and think about birth control seriously.

of course! i means if she have birth control but it failed, then i support any choice she make, then maybe let her think about the others birth control and take it seriously!

Dont you think it would be better to have that birth control talk BEFORE she gets pregnat?

I'm not sure where you live but I'm originally from Canada and currently live in the U.S and to my knowledge not just any old doctor is allowed to perform abortions.... That being said though, in the countries where this is possible and frequently done I think there should be maybe new laws put into place or something...thats a dangerous game to be playing as far as I'm concerned..

well,i need to let you know that even when they are professionals, the issue is ,is it even good to do this thing called abortion?morally will you justify denying any kid the right o live, why dont we just avoid them from coming at all instead of abortion?

i wouldnt encourage anyone to get an abortion, let alone my own child. repeatedly? no way. ive known some girls that have used it for a birth control method.. this one girl the last time i stomached speaking to her, she was on her way to get her ninth. it sickened me, as i was a year long into trying to conceive, and here she was slaughtering infants left and right like they were garbage. while i do agree that a woman has the right to make the decision herself as it IS a personal intimate decision.. i do think there should be stricter guidelines or something to prevent it from becoming, as was with this girl i knew, a serialistic act. as far as those becoming barren from the proceedure? meh.. if they wanted to have babies, they wouldnt have killed them off in the first place, so they really cant b*tch about it. if that sounds cold.. so be it.

well i agree with you and thinking about abortion is something i dont even consider and to even think a mother will do it repeatedly for her own daughter is unthinkable for me.

As long as my daughter is a teenager, and living under my roof, this would not happen. Not only would I not support it, I would not allow it. If I found out any of my daughters had an abortion without my knowing, they would not see the light of day, until they woke up and realized there are consequences for their actions, or they turned 18, which ever came first. Obviously, this mother had nnot earned any respect from her daughter, and probably didn't do much to raise her right. This child does not know that every action has a re-action. You have s3x, you get pregnant, you get pregnant you become a mother. Stories like these make me want to puke!!I wonder how this mother would feel if she found out her daughter carried her grandchild full term, then smashed its head in in the girls bathroom and dumped the body in the school dumpster. Its the same thing!

Wow !it can get messy thinking of the possibilities, you know personally i believe that woman is as irresponsible as the daughter is obviously she knows about the whole si it the daughter is doing, who knows maybe she uses her o do some form of trade to her men customers, anything is possible, thank you for your vehement opinion i respect that

I,personally, had pretty much one foot on the door to get an abortion on my first pregnancy. I was younger, a fresh graduate, and I was scared as hell. Having gone through that, I understand the reason why SOME girls do it. But I really would not encourage it. My reason is pretty much the same as when I did not push through with my abortion. The concept is very simple. The infant/fetus/.. is still your child. Even if it is a mere days or weeks old, it is still your child. In that aspect, would anybody sane enough kill their own flesh and blood? I cringe at the thought that some people are able to kill their own offspring. My heart bleeds for innocents who die because their parents did not want them. My take on unwanted pregnancy is this: if you do not want the child, have him or her adopted rather than kill it.

I really do not believe in abortion most of the time either but there are a few circumstances that I think it is permissable. I think if someone is raped, then they should have the choice to keep the baby or not. Alot of these people are too young to raise a child and have no funds to care for them the right way. I would not let my child do it if she was sexually active on her own.
