would you stay or leave if you stand my place?

i work for a real-easte company which was just set up few month.i choose to work here because i hear someone make lots of money in this company,100000 half a year.that's sounds good.but he is the only one get that much.i didn't get any comission since i was here,and i found the only reason to make me stay here is the possiblity to make money.
i don't like this job at all.
now,i have to make my choice.stay here try to make some money,or find some i interested but pity paid.
give me some advice,my friends.thxs

I am the type of person who would not take a job for the financial aspect. I have to enjoy what I'm doing or else nothing matters.
Those commision based jobs are very difficult to earn with. Real Estate can create good income, but you have to be motivated and you really need to know what you're doing. If you don't like it, then you aren't going to be motivated.
I think you should find a job you really enjoy, that way it doesn't matter what you make, because you'll just love going to work.
