ive been training my brain for astral projection for a long time and its very hard
then i heard about brainwave music which for those of u who dont kno what that is its music that makes ur body relax and keeps ur mind focused so u can astral project
the reason i started this discussion is because i wanna collect brainwave music if u have any instanty astral projection brain wave music messege me plz thank u

Any ways, I am very much interested in learning astral projection. Would you let me know how you would train for this? What mental exercises are you doing right now?

nice i love that kind of stuff i'm wiccan and i wanna do alot of my spells in the astral realms mainly force fields and stuff to see what affects it has and the physical world. and of course i wanna have alot of fun.
