New friends...

Are you bored, lonely and want to make new friends? Do long working hours make it difficult for you to get out and about to meet new people? Maybe you or your friends have moved to a new area and this has left you feeling alone... Even if you are already the proverbial social butterfly you may still find that your existing friends do not share the same interests and passions that you want to pursue. I do have friends that I do not really share common interests with. That's why when it comes to some of my hobbies or other activities, I do not expect that much from them. You may have a satisfying social life, but you still find you have no one to travel with you on that round the world trip. You may have your circle of friends, but find that none of them want to buddy-up for the activities or sports that interest you most. More often than not, our schedules do not really jive so when I am free for any activity, they are not and vice versa. Or perhaps your friends are just not interested in the social scene anymore and you want other singles or couples to socialize with or share a chat over a coffee. This is very much true especially for my friends who are so serious about their work and for those who are already married. I rarely see them around. I am so thankful that myLot became an avenue for me to meet new friends. I have found a lot of people with whom I can share common interests with. I also have met people here whom I consider as true friends even if I have not really seen them in person yet.
