Can we use chocolate to loss the weight or control weight?

If you only eat chocolate as main dish every day, after a week, do you think you will loss your weight? : )

Hello there, it is difficult to tell as I am not a chocolate lover. I will eat chocolate, but depends on the make and type. If eating it everyday, even as main dish, I think I will be sick and ‘lose weight’ – won’t be the nice way to lose weight. I remember one of my friends told me she used to work in an ice-cream shop when she was 17 years old. The shop owner didn’t mind how much ice-cream she ate it there. After a whole week eating, she felt sick of it since. Bye-bye ice-cream…

I wish! It's the most fattening vegetable I know of. Got to limit my intake so I don't get any fatter!

Umm.. I don't know.. I think it would depend on how much you worked out and stuff.. but i don't think you could lose weight that way. you'd probably just end up sick. eating some once a week though i think could help you maintain a diet plan if you have a sweet tooth. use it to reward yourself at the end of each week.

I don't think so because of the high sugar content in chocolate....but you'll be a lot happier at the end of the week!
