Want to slim down fast ?I bet it's most girls dream.Want the secret to weight loss? Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly lose those extra pounds. But the question is how to lose weight fast?I know I really want to lose some weight real fast.Is there an easy way to do it?I'm in need of your help.

I suggest that you'd better have more exercise such as running,swimming, and must have lower calorific power food,you can eat less food but more fruit good luck!

I want to slim down fast also but the pounds just won't come off. The fastest way that I ever lost weight, was by starving myself and that is not good. I cannot do that anymore. I get sick to my stomach when I try that. I try to make time to exercise but I do not eat right. I think if you could eat three balanced meals per day and exercise, the weight would come off faster.

Hi Kiran thanks for the advice will try that out but not the weight watchers one-have tried that one before but it didn't really help but that was years ago-wil keep you informed-blessings your friend littleowl

there ae so many people that will tell you so many different things. This works or that doesn't. Lower calories yes, lower calories no. It's amazing. I found this new site that my husband is using the system from. It's http://www.fatbgonefast.com and it seems to be doing quite well. The information contained is very interesting and it is helping with his diet. Of course we have just started using it but thus far it seems to be helping.

I really don't know. Hubby just started it but it is definately different than the other stuff we have tried for him. I am in need of help too I do not think there is really any fast way other than to stay as consistent as possible. The pounds will drop each and every month, if I could lose about 8 to 10 lbs a month I think that is a good way to do it, you want to be healthy about it too!

Losing weight fast is not healthy and it will leave you with left over skin because most of the times this doesn't include a healthy ammount of exercise and a healthy ammount of food. Both or one of them are put to the limit and you will get sick doing so. Try to cut back on fast food, eat healthy foods and go to the gym 1 or 2 times a week. Use a bike or walk more for daily things. That will help a lot too.

hmm. its my question also. may be there is no way to lose it very fast. may be can join gym under proper guidance. else strictly maintain diet. workout regularly.

some1 told me that u can start by drinking water before you eat your meals.. so that u will be halfway full. Everytime u feel hungry, drink water instead of eating something else. I'm trying it for 3 days now to lose weight fast... and i think its quite effective.

I have done many diets in my life. It is all about input and output. What you put in you need to burn off. Work on eating 5000 kilojules a day. *Have 5 servings of grains (bread, rice, muslei bar, cereal, etc - 1 slice bread = 1 grain, 1/2 cup cooked rice = 1 grain, etc) *2 serves of fruit * 5 serves of meat/protein (30 grams meat = 1 serve, 1 egg = 1 meat, 30g cheese = 1 meat) * 2 cups skim milk or yoghurt * 5 serves of veges * 2 fats (1 teaspoon of margarine = 1 fat or 5 grams of fat = 1 fat) If you need more information PM me happy to help. This is the best way to eat balanced diet, you should lose 0.5-1kg a week. Also exercise 3-5 times a week. Don't skip any meals, don't eat anything after 7pm at night and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Any other diets where you lose alot of weight in a week you will put the weight back on easily and it is also health risk to lose too much weight at once.

Another diet that worked really well for me in the past is using weight watchers. IT is based on a point system. You eat your own food and you are allowed to eat 18-20 points a day. If you go to www.weightwatchers.com you can register there for about $80 for the year. You can track your daily food intake it works out the food points automatically for you. It also has a graph where you can record your weight loss and some great healthy recipes. Check it out, my mum used it and I, I lost about 1 kilogram a week from it when I needed to lose weight after my baby.

there is a product that I know works and it is not a distasteful way to lose either . I am not trying to sell you any but I have used it and it really worked for me and my wife. It also helped improve in some areas that was needed. the product is called suddenly slim look it up go to first fitness and suddenly slim and see for yourself. But the number one thing is exercise cardio workouts more importantly and drink water and don;t skip meals that only makes your body work harder to get the nutrition it needs and can cause you to find it harder to lose weight. best of luck to you and I hope this helped some

There is no easy way, obviously there are crash diets but they are not easy and only result in you putting all the weight back on as soon as you eat anything proper. You just need to have a healthy diet and exercise. Some people choose exercise and eat more or less as they want, whereas others eat healthily and do little exercise. Both of these help you loose weight if you are a heavy enough, if you are quite light then it is harder to loose weight and you have to do both. To see quicker weight loss then have a healthy diet and exercise.

I need a weight loss buddy who lives near me to exercise with and eat right with. I just can't do it on my own. I am fat and depressed. The fatter I get the more depressed I get. The more depressed I get, the more I eat and the fatter I get. It is a vicious cycle.

I think the only way you can lose weight really fast is to exercise lots and eat very healthy...but if you are going to exercise a lot you really should be under the guidance of a personal trainer so you don't overdo it and hurt yourself somehow. The best way to lose weight is to change one thing at a time - like change your breakfast one week, lunch the next, etc and slowly increase your exercise. Good luck!
